Staging really works! With the average Days on Market increasing all over the United States, but particularly in the southeast, it's hard to rise above the competition to get a home noticed. There is always the question about a lower asking price if the house needs to sell quickly. But instead of waiting to see what happens, or taking a low ball offer, use hashtag#staging to set the property apart. Staging using the property's best assets to advantage, bringing attention to the positives and reducing the negatives. Home buyers need something to remember each property by - It can be price, condition, location or asset. Staging can take a house in bad condition and make it great, or a ho hum house and make it WOW. For example, one of our latest stagings in a local Golf Club community where the Days on Market can swing from 7 to 90, sold within 11 days for 97% of the asking price with the buyer agreeing to pay for Closing costs, etc further saving the home seller money. Another example is a home where the home seller used our DIY plan sold on the day it was listed for full asking price! I, personally, cannot image better proof that staging works !
